XV. [Effectiveness and Amendment of the Agreement]

XVI. [Change, Interruption, or Termination of Service]

XVII. [Jurisdiction and Applicable Law]

17.2 The formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and the United Kingdom (excluding conflicts of law).

17.3 In the event of any dispute or controversy between you and Kavip.com, you shall first seek friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the competent people's court at the place where this Agreement is executed.

17.4 The headings of all clauses in this Agreement are for reading convenience only and have no actual meaning and shall not be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this Agreement.

17.5 If any term of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms shall remain valid and binding on both parties.

XVIII. [Terms for Minors]

18.1 If the user is under 18 years of age, they are a minor and should read this Agreement and use this Service under the supervision and guidance of a guardian. If the user is under 14 years of age, the guardian must register and use this Service in the guardian's name.

18.2 Kavip.com will provide special protection for minor users in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and this Agreement to ensure that they use the Service in a safe and healthy environment. Kavip.com will take reasonable measures to impose relevant restrictions on minor users to prevent them from overusing the Service.

18.3 The guardians of minor users shall guide and supervise the registration and use behaviors of minor users, ensuring that they comply with this Agreement and all relevant laws and regulations. Minor users and their guardians shall understand and confirm that if they violate laws, regulations, or the contents of this Agreement, they shall bear all resulting legal liability in accordance with the law.

18.4 Minor users are inexperienced, easily deceived by the illusion of the Internet, and curious. They lack the ability to handle emergencies and are easily exploited by malicious individuals without the ability to protect themselves. Therefore, minor users should pay attention to the following matters when using the Service to enhance safety awareness and strengthen self-protection:

(1) Recognize the difference between the virtual world and the real world, and avoid excessive immersion in the Internet that affects daily study and life;

(2) Strengthen personal protection awareness when filling in personal information to prevent malicious individuals from harassing your personal life;

(3) Learn to use the Internet correctly under the guidance of guardians or teachers;

XIX. [Regarding Payment]

Under this agreement, in the event you choose to pay with credit card for goods and/or services purchased, the payments will be processed via a Hong Kong Acquirer or UK Acquirer. These terms are an agreement between you and Element Colors Electronic Entertainment Limited (Address: 19H MAXGRAND PLAZA NO. 3 TAI YAU STREET SAN PO KONG KL, Hong Kong.) . Goods and/or services will be delivered by Element Colors Electronic Entertainment Limited. Element Colors Electronic Entertainment Limited is the parent company of Element Colors Technology Limited.

Under this agreement, if you choose to pay with a credit card, the goods and/or services purchased will be processed through a Hong Kong acquirer/UK acquirer. These terms are an agreement between you and Element Colors Electronic Entertainment Limited and Element Colors Technology Limited. Goods and/or services will be provided by Element Colors Electronic Entertainment Limited and Element Colors Technology Limited.

XX. [Criminal Legal Risk Warning]

According to Article 191 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China: Anyone who knowingly conceals or disguises the source and nature of the proceeds and the income generated from drug trafficking crimes, crimes of organizations with gangster-like characteristics, terrorist crimes, smuggling crimes, corruption and bribery crimes, crimes of disrupting financial management order, and financial fraud crimes, and commits one of the following acts, shall confiscate the proceeds and income generated from the above crimes, and shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years or criminal detention, and shall also or shall only be fined not less than five percent but not more than twenty percent of the amount of money laundered; if the circumstances are serious, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than five years but not more than ten years, and shall also be fined not less than five percent but not more than twenty percent of the amount of money laundered:

Where a unit commits the crime mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the unit shall be fined, and the directly responsible supervisors and other directly responsible personnel shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years or criminal detention; if the circumstances are serious, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than five years but not more than ten years.
